ResponderBorrarThis app also seems quite useful. Like you said during today's presentation, computer programmes seldom give students feedback on their pronunciation skills. Having an app that is able to highlight their mistake is truly an invaluable resource for beginners.
I liked your presentation and you did a great work using Prezi because the information that you share with us was pretty clear. Also, the app that you share with us was pretty cool and it is free. Also, I like the way that you show how to use the application, in my opinion it was excellent and you catch my attention immediately. It seems quite useful because students can use it in different levels; they can practice their pronunciation and fluency. Furthermore, this app can give to them a feedback after using it.

The app you have presented seems to be handy for all English learners as you pointed out that it offers user from a basic to a high English level. Even though the app is free and pretty accessible to manage it, one disadvantage is learners must have Internet access. On the other hand, it is a suitable resource for teachers to help students to foster their speaking skill.

First of all, I would like to congratulate you, because you chose a great tool to develop the speaking ability. The information that you share with us was easy to understand . I had not heard about this application. It is new for me. In particular, I think that this application can be very helpful to be able to develop my speaking so I will speak more fluent and fast.

ResponderBorrarThe information you shared with us was adequate and of course, according to the app. The advantages were pretty persuasive for English learners. Actually, the "Speaking Pal" app could be useful for all of us since we're still learning and sometimes, we mispronounce certain words we don't usually use/utter.
About the disadvantages, it's a shame that this app only functions with internet. Unfortunately, not everybody has that access at home.
I liked the fact that up until now, you have been the only team that has promoted mobile learning because "speaking pal" is an app that can be downloaded in cellphones.

ResponderBorrarI liked that you explained us step by step how to access to this app. I could see this app is very easy to use and a perfect tool to improve speaking skill. I also liked we can have it in our cellphones and we can practice anywhere and anytime. Furthermore, I really liked that this app shows our mistakes highlighting them so we can see which words we have to pronounce better.
I want to say you chose the perfect tool to practice speaking skill and I would like to use it with my students in the future.

ResponderBorrarI think your resource is the best one you could choose because it perfectly involves what the speaking skill conveys. As it gives an immediate feedback, it allows students to correct what they said wrong.
I also think that it is a good resource for everyone because it comprises from the very basic English level to the most advanced one.
The only thing that could be a disadvantage is that the resource requires Internet access and not everyone has that access at home. But in general, this is a very interesting and appropriate resource for the skill you are working on.

ResponderBorrarThis app is perfect for you skill you have, the app is a really interesting and useful for any level, the teachers will see that it is easy to use and to work even in classroom to improve and practice inside and outside the classroom. It is also full of fun because you can imagine you're really talking with someone native who can speak the same language you're learning very good job girls!
Very good job, keep it up. Not only did you girls give a really good demo. but also you well explained how to use it. Like I said in class, the only disadvantage i fing about it is that you must have a plan to be able to use this gizmo where there is no free wify connection. Rather than that, I believe it is very useful. I for one will start using it for my own good.

I liked that technological tool and I think that it will work with the students because they not only will learn but also they will have fun. I believe that now students have many resources to improve all their skills and they can be better studying by themselves because technology is growing fast. The best thing that this app give us is that it shows the mistakes because nobody can learn something without makes mistakes. well done!

Hi girls!!! I really liked your app, I think that it is too useful for your skill. I liked the part that we can record our voices while we read the sentences (according with the topic we chose) and it will tell us the mistakes we had, so we can try again or learn by our mistakes to avoid to repeat them in the future. I had never heard about it but I think that it is great and it could be useful and suitable for students of English 1. I liked that it is free but its only drawback is that students need Internet access and most of them do not have it. Everything else was great and I congratulate you for your great effort and keep working hard!
ResponderBorrarHi girls, I must say that I really enjoyed your presentation it was clear, understandable, and quick. The template you chose for your prezzi was beautiful, it hasn't too much decoration but even without decoration it kept my attention and the information you put into was accurate. About the application, I have to say it was one of my three favorites, it looks easy to use, and the thing I loved the most is that it can be download not only in Iphone but also in Samsung, so students can use it in all places if they have access to internet. Your application was a wise decision for English 1. Very good job, keep it up.

It is really helpful for students in all levels (I include myself in them) hahaha I think this app it's really easy to handle and it's not as difficult as it might seem to be. Congratulations girls! ResponderBorrarI think you girls made a great choice with this app, I tried it in my phone and the only restriction that I found was that you have to have internet access and a smartphone, even though almost everybody has one nowadays there are some people who still use basic cell phones; however, this applies for almost all technological resources shown in class and this app is definitely worth it and I must say that it is in my top 3. Great choice and great work!
ResponderBorrarI think this is a good app that everyone should consider because it is easy to use and the more important it does give you feedback that is what an English learner needs in order to improve their knowledge, in this case in the speaking ability. The only restriction is that you need to have accses to Internet and not all people have that acces. Good job :)
